Parent Information & Booking Guide

Welcome to FunnCamp! We provide funn holiday provision for kids who love to move. By combining our equipment with an Ofsted-registered safety framework, we offer a camp experience that is both "Digital Detox" for the kids and "Guilt-Free" for the parents.

1. THE FUNNCAMP EXPERIENCE

Our arts and crafts activities are themed by holiday (e.g., Summer-themed crafts) and utilise premium school facilities including the astro, playground, classroom, dance hall, and dining hall.

The Elite Rotation: Every child gets access to our equipment:
Professional Electric Go-Karts, Tactical Nerf & Laser Tag, Bouncy Castles, Premium Inflatables, Rocket Launching, Dodgeball, fencing plus lots more.

Creative Hub: High-quality Arts & Crafts that children take home at the end of the day.

The 60-Second Rule: We are Ofsted Registered (2710882). All staff are DBS checked, First Aid qualified, and trained in our 60-second emergency evacuation protocols.

2. DAILY SCHEDULE & TIMINGS

9:00 AM – 9:45 AM: Standard Registration & Free Play
9:45 AM – 10:30 AM: Morning Activities (e.g., Team Games, Camp Time)
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Playtime & Snack Break
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Main Activity Block (e.g., Multi-Sports, Arts & Crafts)
12:30PM - 1:00PM - Movie time
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM – Lunchtime
1:30PM - 2:00PM - Free Play
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Afternoon Activity Block
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Show and Tell & Prepare for Collection
3:30 PM: Standard Pick-Up Time

Late Pickup Kids:
3:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Late Pick-Up Club (Free play, snack time & final activity)

​3. Coaches will call each child individually once their authorised adult is identified as per the register or on notification.

Please be patient with us at pickup as this ensures 100% safeguarding.

4. WHAT YOUR CHILD NEEDS
Packed Lunch & Water: Please provide a healthy lunch and a refillable bottle.Strictly NUT-FREE: For allergy safety, do not pack any nut-related products.

Clothing: Trainers and activewear (joggers/leggings) are essential.
Digital Detox: No mobile phones or tablets allowed.

5. PAYMENTS & CHILDCARE VOUCHERS
We accept Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare (TFC).
Provider Number: 2822839 (Setting: Clapron Girls Academy)
Important: We do not accept vouchers/TFC for same week bookings during the camp due to admin processing time. Please book at least 72 hours in advance.

How to pay: Make the payment through your provider, then email a screenshot/payment slip to hello@thefunnclubb.co.uk with your requested dates. We will then manually confirm your booking.

6. POLICIES & FINE PRINT
Medical & Injuries: We carry full First Aid kits. For minor scrapes, we will inform you at pick-up. For anything more significant, we will call you immediately.
Ratios: We maintain a strict 1:10) coach-to-child ratio.

Refunds: * 72 Hours Notice: Full refund minus processing fees (4.6% + 20p). Fees are taken by Class4kids/Stripe, not FunnClubb.

Illness/COVID: Refund provided with 48 hours' notice and medical proof (doctor's note).

Marketing: We take group photos/videos for social media. If you wish for your child to be excluded from group shots, please email us prior to camp.
